What Setvani does

Setvani lets a store attach JPG, PNG or PDF proof files to a Shopify order, send a private review link, receive an approval or a request for changes for the displayed version, and view the resulting history and order status. A response belongs to the particular version shown to the customer. Changing files requires a new version and a new response. An approval records a proof decision; it does not start production or fulfillment, guarantee the final product, or replace the store's own checks and obligations to its customer.

The merchant is responsible for the files it uploads, the accuracy of its order information, deciding who should receive a private link, responding to customer requests, and deciding when to make or ship a product. Customers should keep private review links confidential and use them only for the intended order.

Plans, limits and payment

Free includes 10 proof-orders per 30-day period. Starter is $8.49 for 50, Growth is $25.49 for 100, and Pro is $42.49 for 300 proof-orders per 30-day period. An order counts when its first proof is published; later versions of the same proof process do not count again. All plans permit unlimited revisions for an already counted order. Each version can contain up to 10 files and 150 MB in total; JPG/PNG files can be up to 15 MB each and PDFs up to 25 MB and 20 pages. These limits can be checked in the app before publishing.

Paid plans, any available trial, applicable taxes, changes between plans, and charges are presented and handled through Shopify. An eligible new store may be offered up to a 14-day trial; the exact terms shown by Shopify before confirmation control that subscription. Development-store test subscriptions can have an effective charge of $0 and are not evidence of a paid merchant charge. We do not collect payment-card details. The merchant can change or cancel its plan through Shopify; the effective date and any proration follow the terms Shopify shows for that action.

Availability and changes

We operate Setvani with reasonable care, but maintenance, provider outages and network conditions can interrupt access or delay notifications and order tags. A sent email is not proof that the recipient opened or approved a proof. The app's saved decision and version history are the record shown to the store. We may make service changes needed for security, platform compatibility or operation and will communicate material changes affecting active stores when practical.

Data and account lifecycle

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and how to make access or deletion requests. Proof files are scheduled for deletion 180 days after publication and inactive drafts after 7 days. A limited export window may remain for up to 30 days after a plan ends. Uninstalling the app stops new ordinary processing; privacy and deletion work can continue as needed. A merchant should export any information it needs before access ends.

Acceptable use and responsibility

Do not upload material you lack the right to use, unlawful content, malicious files, or information unrelated to a proof. Do not try to access another store's data, bypass limits or share a private proof link publicly. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, other stores or comply with law. The merchant remains responsible for its own products, customer communications and compliance with applicable law and Shopify terms.

Please contact support@setvani.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rules that apply in another jurisdiction.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies this version. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting active stores through the app or a service message when appropriate. Continued use after the updated terms take effect is subject to applicable law and Shopify platform rules.
